We are a grass roots not-for-profit, helping shape the lives of Toronto families.
Who We Are
Partnering with Local Communities
By nurturing relationships with likeminded organizations and private individuals, we're able to unlock new sources of goods for distribution always at no cost to those within our community facing financial hardship.
Grace Threads Foundation is a grassroots, volunteer-run charity dedicated to supporting struggling families across the Greater Toronto Area—especially single mothers who are doing their best to provide for their children in incredibly tough circumstances. We are committed to treating every person we serve with dignity and compassion, regardless of ability, language, or religion, while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Rooted in Community. Driven by Compassion.
Thanks to the generous support of our network—including corporate donors, production studios, community groups, and faith-based organizations—we’re able to meet urgent needs and offer hope for a better tomorrow. Through these partnerships, many families have been able to get back on their feet, and some of those we’ve helped in the past now return as volunteers—proof of the resilience and community spirit we see every day.
Our Founder
A Toronto-based entrepreneur and founder of a successful start-up consulting firm, our founder built his career by connecting people with ideas, capital, and opportunity. Through years of working closely with local businesses, production teams, and industry leaders, he recognized a powerful opportunity to redirect excess clothing and goods toward families in need. With a deep belief in community-driven impact and the strength of local partnerships, he launched Grace Threads Foundation—turning his network into a force for good. As a Black man raised by a determined single mother, the mission is personal—rooted in gratitude, resilience, and a commitment to pay it forward.
Finding creative and impactful ways to give back to our community is one of the great highlights of my life.

“My siblings and I were raised by a single mother who did everything she could with what little we had. I still remember the feeling of wearing shoes that were too small, and clothes that didn’t fit. Those memories never left me—they’re what inspired this work. No child should have to go without, and no parent should have to feel like they’re alone. That’s why we do what we do.”
